Alan Zel, CEO

With nearly a quarter-century of expertise in talent management, Alan Zel offers clients an innovative and distinct approach to human capital recruitment and evaluation. Throughout his career, he has assisted various global organizations in recruiting senior leaders and entire technology and operations teams. Alan’s vision to incorporate the sophistication and rigor of Executive Search into Contract Recruitment and Staffing led to the creation of Aikinu.
Before founding his first firm seven years ago, Alan spent several years as a Senior Partner at a renowned global executive search firm. He has successfully completed numerous senior-level assignments for a diverse range of organizations, catering to their unique and complex requirements. In the earlier phase of his career, Alan served as Head of Business Development for a prominent information services provider. In this role, he was instrumental in fostering successful relationships with channel partners and clients in the financial services and technology sectors. Alan’s career began in corporate communications at a well-known public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., where he concentrated on corporate and governmental advocacy campaigns.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from McGill University, a Master’s Degree in Business Communication from American University in Washington D.C., and pursued Advanced Graduate Management studies at Athabasca University
